The results are usable for doctors, podiatrist and chiropractors for diagnostic, therapy - treatment plan and for prescription. the report is also usable for manufacturing holistic - dynamic- customized orthotics and sandals.The aim was to develop a system that is more accurate, easier and more individual than any other production possibilities. Especially taking into account the medical history and dynamic informations of the individual patient. The possibility to combine individually coordinated insole components with each other is a big advantage. However, the present expenditure and the linked costs of this kind of the insole manufacturing are high. Orthopedic shoe technican Fatmir Langmeier has developed a module system rich in variation which allows a high individuality of the care, but is still practicable in the everyday life of the professional companies.The real challenge by developing the system was to find a practicable and payable solution for the production of the lasts about which the insoles components become deep-pulled. Precastly they should accelerate and simplify the working processes, and still have a high individuality and variability.The solution for Fatmir Langmeier was a sort of modular system like a jigsaw puzzle instead of producing a high number of single use lasts for every patient’s feet. The system composes four different parts (forefoot 1, retrokapitalem area 2, metatarsus 3 and heel 4). Langmeier developed lasts which allows a high number of variations which can be combined according to patient individually.The advantage of the material is that users who have their own insole philosophy can change the elements easily in her sense.When he began to calculate the different forms and modules with a software specialist he had already documented data of more than 17.000 patients. Not only the forms, also the insole materials and components are part of the system. Thus OrmoSys makes available a huge number of different upholsterer materials, relation materials, stiffening materials and construction materials in different kinds of shore hardness and stiffness which can be put on top of each other in sandwich construction method by baking in the heating plate and be connected in the vacuum procedure with each other.
